SOS~ Our New Store

Good Morning Sugar Addicts, I hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend.
Forgive  me for not having pin's from Pinterest today but I have some other things to share this Sunday.

This is our new Aberdeenshire store! It's been a long time coming and this week we moved in.
Based in the little village of Oldmeldrum, just 5 mins from Inverurie. A peacefully community with a tradition
village square, we have easy free parking across the road and all the basic shops, along with another craft store across the road specialising in patchwork fabric. It's a lot bigger than it looks, with a coffee shop, craft supplies and class room on the ground floor. Upstairs is a 4 bed flat! I was snug as a bug last night and I am just waiting for some tools before I start work again today.

We open on Saturday, you are all invited.
There will be lots of things to share with you when you get here.
We have  fantastic give away's from our suppliers, including this BIG SHOT.

Erika Gunter from Personal Impression will be demoning on Saturday. All our ELGIN customers love her work and she will be visiting CREATIVE in Oldmeldrum on a regular basis.

Nikki Jones will be in store on Sunday. A new face in the NE of Scotland because she only moved here at the start of the month. Nikki is a professional crafter and ex store owner, with published work in the USA she will be our "in house expert"
join us this weekend and get the heads up on classes workshops and demos to come.

The coffee shop will be open on Saturday and Sunday too.
We will be tempting you with delicious cup cakes to eat in or why not take home a box to spoil the family.
{justify you day out}
We have lots of ideas to play with her and I am sure a little sugar is good for you.

We got the keys on Monday , Thursday and Friday was moving days.
I was in a right panic having to drive a bigger van than we had hired because it was all they had.
But with the help of Zophia and Mark we managed to get furniture, shop fittings and stock her for the weekend.
I am now sat in the new office, having spent yesterday pulling the place to bits!
Katie will have kittens when she see's the mess. My youngest, Megan aged 9 had the most fun knocking down partitions. Yes she got to kick in a wall! Oh her brother is going to be so Green that he did not get that job. SO Megan wants to go into Demolitions when she grows up.LOL

It's a quick trip to the hardware store for scrapers and paint this morning.
We are going to have a wee detour to the huge  boot sale held on Sundays at Inverurie.
I will be looking for vintage finds to help make our displays in store a little more interesting.
It's a long time since I got let loose at a boot sale, there is no knowing what I will come back with. Added bonus that I am driving the hubby's truck today so size does not matter.

I will come back and share with you before and after photos of our new store.
\find out more on FB, under Creative Flourish.

What you got to share on Sunday?
